Name the actual difference
Package names alone do not tell a customer why two services have different prices. State the preparation included, the surfaces treated, and which work is separately quoted. If paint correction is limited, describe that limit. The comparison should help the customer ask a better question, not imply that every vehicle receives the same result.
Show honest work evidence
Use authorized photographs of the same vehicle and area, with reasonably matched angles and lighting. Describe the work actually performed. Avoid edits that imply an outcome the service did not achieve, and distinguish a demonstration layout from a customer job.
Confirm the final scope
Vehicle condition, size, prior treatments, and desired preparation can affect the work. Use a consultation worksheet to record the agreed service and exclusions before confirming the final price and appointment.
Hand over the actual care instructions
An aftercare sheet should identify the applied products and their verified initial cure, first wash, and maintenance instructions. Refer to a written warranty only when one is actually provided, and give the customer a direct contact for questions.
