What we collect

We use your email, purchases, support requests, and basic product-usage events to deliver your products and help you use them. Payment details are processed by Stripe; we do not store your complete payment-card information.

First-party measurement

After live launch, we count approved public page, offer and sample views as anonymous events. These counts include repeat visits and are not counts of unique people. Measurement records contain the approved page path, product, time, a random ID for that event only, and approved source or campaign labels. We do not store full URLs, arbitrary query values, referrers, email addresses or IP addresses in these anonymous measurement records, and we do not use advertising trackers, visitor identifiers or tracking cookies. For a focused offer and its sample, approved source and campaign labels may travel in the URL; they are not saved in browser storage.

Purchase usage and feedback

For signed-in purchasers, we record when the online editor opens and when it reports generating an export, linked to the authorized purchase. An export-generation event does not establish that a file was saved, opened or used. You may voluntarily provide a 1-to-5 usefulness rating and a short account of your results or suggestions. Feedback is private and does not give Ready Local permission to publish a testimonial. Please leave out your customers’ personal information. Local and offline use is not visible to this measurement.

Your product edits

The editor processes your business settings and uploaded images in your browser. Browser drafts for purchased products are separated by verified purchase; free samples use a separate draft. Shared paid drafts from an earlier version are not restored automatically. Save a project file to keep a backup or move your own work between devices or purchases. The inventory generator processes inventory and photos locally. Keep private client financial documents in your existing secure portal.

Sign-in cookies

A necessary secure session cookie keeps you signed in to your purchased library. It is separate from measurement and is not an advertising or analytics identifier. Signing out ends that session. On a shared device, protect your downloaded project files and browser data.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site, database, and private product files. Stripe processes payments and refunds. Resend delivers requested service email and opted-in marketing. Google Workspace handles business correspondence.

Marketing choices

Newsletter subscriptions require confirmation and can be canceled using the unsubscribe link. We may research publicly listed US business contact information for relevant one-to-one business outreach. Requests to stop marketing are honored across our sending addresses.

Retention and requests

We retain purchase and support records needed to provide the service, maintain accurate accounts, and meet applicable obligations. You can ask about access, correction, or deletion through customer support. Some financial records may need to be retained.

Customer websites

A portable fence widget sends inquiries to the endpoint configured by the contractor. The contractor is responsible for its inquiry data and privacy information. Booking pages link to the business’s existing booking system.
